FAQs

Is it possible to drag-click with this mouse?

Yes, the Fantech Helios UX3 is an excellent mouse for drag clicking. However, this technique depends on the skill of the user, and their proficiency. It should be noted that drag clicking causes the mouse switches to lose their durability much faster.

Why Helios UX3 has a thick paracord cable?

Our Fantech Helios UX3 features an industry standard paracord which is fully USB compliant, as well as being safety compliant as well. Due to these necessary compliances (as per international laws and treaties), the cable will be a little thicker than paracord from DIY sets. Rest assured that this is completely normal, and it is industry standard as well as being a requirement to follow certification.

What is the Difference Between Helios UX3 and Helios UX3V2?

The Fantech Helios UX3V2 is a paracord wired mouse, with a Pixart 3389 sensor, and S2 skate compatibility. Additionally, Helios UX3V2 features Kailh GM8.0 switches, which are binned to ensure beautiful clicks right out of the box.

While the Helios UX3 features paracord and the same Pixart 3389 sensor, it uses Huano switches.
